Solution

Frontier's flagship CEO Summit is intimate — 350 seats, $5,000 tickets, seven-figure sponsors. The prior platform's sponsor tools were embarrassingly thin. Leads were just badge scans with no context.

Solution

PassIQ's sponsor activation suite gave each sponsor a self-serve portal, real-time lead dashboard, and automated HubSpot sync. The CEO Summit became Frontier's highest-NPS event ever.

Healthcare conferences have compliance requirements that most event platforms ignore. Meridian needed NDA collection at check-in, HIPAA-adjacent data handling, and a white-labelled experience for their association brand.

Solution

PassIQ's NDA e-sign flow at the kiosk solved compliance out of the box. The association ran the event under their own domain with their own app — no "Powered by PassIQ" branding anywhere.

The NDA e-sign at check-in alone was worth the switch. We had a legal requirement and PassIQ was the only platform that handled it without a custom integration.
